We collect booking information used to process your booking which you provide us by filling in our forms on our website and when you contact us to enquire or request information. We also collect statistical data from running and maintaining our website, such as visits and page views.
What do we do with your information?
We use the information that you provide us when you book to provide our services to you. In addition to this we may use your email address to provide information to you that you have requested, relating to our products or services. We will ask permission to contact you about additional services that we offer and if you subscribe to this you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
Storage of data
We use a cloud-based booking system run by a third party and do not hold any hard copies of your data at our premises. The database is password protected and the password is only known by the business owners John and Becky Sheaves and the administrative staff. We do not hold or store any information regarding your bank accounts or credit cards.
Disclosure of information
We will not pass your information on or disclose it to third parties other than in the event that we sell any or all of our business to a buyer, or where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
Accessing your Information
You have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you (Data Protection Act 1998) and we reserve the right to charge £10 as an administration fee.
