We were delighted to have a request from our local MP Simon Jupp the other day. As part of his work on English tourism, he asked to meet us and to have a look around our glamping site.
Simon was really interested in what we do to bring visitors to our small rural farm and the boost this gives to our local economy. He was keen to know what more can be done to support rural tourism.
As MP for East Devon, his constituency covers the lovely coastal towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth plus lots of beautiful countryside and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is so important for the people who live here to thrive and be able to stay on the land, while also protecting the environment. We are so proud of how sustainable our glamping venture is, bringing visitors to the area with very low environmental impact.
